A 54-year-old man walking his dog in Moanalua was accosted by a man with a knife last night, police said.
The suspect pulled out a knife and made threats at the man, then got on a city bus at about 8:30 p.m., police said. Officers located and arrested a 43-year-old man, with no local address, nearby on Pukola St.
