A 19-year-old man was arrested after threatening a woman with a knife at a bus stop Friday afternoon in Waianae, police said.
After the 23-year-old woman saw the man and waved at him, he walked over, pointed a knife at her, and threatened to cut her about 1:45 p.m., police said.
Police arrested him on suspicion of terroristic threatening.
