A 23-year-old man was arrested after he allegedly fired a shotgun during an argument with a woman Saturday night in Kalihi.
The incident took place in the parking lot of Kamehameha Homes just after 11:30 p.m.. The man initially fled in an SUV but turned himself in two hours later at the Kailua Police Station and was arrested for first-degree reckless endangerment.
