Both sides of the Pali Highway reopened at 2:15 this afternoon following an accident involving a Gas Co. truck with a propane tank on fire, police said.

There were no injuries reported at the scene, on the Honolulu-bound side in the area between the two tunnels, police said.

Police and fire personnel responded to the fire, which closed the highway at 12:01 p.m.

Motorists were rerouted at Kamehameha Highway at the Pali Highway on the Kailua side and Likelike Highway at Valley View on the Nuuanu side.
