KAPOLEI CELEBRATION: Hapa Grill is marking its fifth anniversary and is inviting its Kapolei neighbors to drop in from 4 to 7 p.m. tomorrow for a party that includes performances by John Feary, Kamuela Kahoano, Sheila Marie, Pas De Deux dance studio and 808 Breakers, and of course, food. There will be regular dinner service inside, and Hapa’s fried noodles and teriyaki beef plates will be sold outside for $5.
