Police arrested a 68-year-old man who allegedly choked and threatened an 83-year-old man with a knife Friday in Pearl City.
Police said the two men were arguing about 10:30 p.m. when the threat happened.
The younger man was arrested on suspicion of first-degree terroristic threatening.
