Kapolei man arrested for allegedly hitting, choking girl
A 39-year-old Kapolei man has been arrested on suspicion of abusing a household member after a 17-year-old girl told police that she was hit and choked by the man yesterday.
The man was arrested at 3 p.m. yesterday.
