A 24-year-old man allegedly threatened his neighbors with a spear during an argument last night in Waianae, police said.
The man was arrested for investigation of four counts of terroristic threatening in the first degree, police said.
Just before 10:30 p.m., he allegedly threatened four men, ages 49, 47, 44 and 38, police said.
