Motorists should be aware that construction on Kamehameha Highway near Pearlridge means lane closures today through Thursday, the state Department of Transportation said.

The center and right Ewa-bound lanes on Kamehameha Highway are closed for the installation of concrete bus pads from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The closures will be around Pali Momi Street, adjacent to the Sears store at Pearlridge Shopping Center.

The bus stop in the area will be moved slightly during this work period. Drivers may use Moanalua Road or the H1 freeway as alternate routes.
