Shark warning signs posted on North Shore

Shark warning signs have been posted at Alii Beach Park on Oahu’s North Shore after a 10-foot tiger shark was seen “exhibiting aggressive behavior,” according to lifeguards.

According to the city’s Ocean Safety website, lifeguards confirmed the sighting this morning and issued an advisory at about 11 a.m. The alert was to continue until about 3 p.m. this afternoon.
