‘Hawaii Five-0’ begins filming, announces free preview
Hawaii will get the first look at the CBS remake of “Hawaii Five-0” during a special preview screening of the pilot Sept. 13 at Sunset on the Beach in Waikiki, the network said today.
No air date for the national network premiere was announced, however. “Five-0” will air in Hawaii at 9 p.m. Monday nights.
CBS began began shooting the first episode for the series earlier today at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. The pilot for the show, which ended its original run 30 years ago, was shot here in March.
The new show’s main actors — Alexander O’Loughlin, Scott Caan, Daniel Dae Kim and Grace Park — gathered for a formal blessing before the action began.
