Warning signs were posted along Kalihi Stream and Keehi Lagoon yesterday after a manhole overflowed and sent about 3,000 gallons of wastewater into the stream.

The state Health Department said the overflow happened near Kuhio Park Terrace. Water samples were taken and the public is advised to stay out of Kalihi Stream and the area where the stream enters Keehi Lagoon.
