Two men broke into the Honolulu apartment of two women, ages 60 and 32, and used physical force to steal items from their home yesterday.

Police said the women arrived home to find the two men in their apartment about 5:25 p.m.

Police said the women confronted the two men, who used physical force and escaped with the items. Both women received injuries.

Responding officers arrested a 23-year-old man near 1680 Kapiolani Blvd. on suspicion of first-degree burglary, but the other man escaped.
