Waianae employee allegedly caught on video stealing cartons of cigarettes
Surveillance video allegedly captured a 44-year-old employee removing cartons of cigarettes from a secure area of a Waianae store, police said.
The man was identified by the store’s owner Friday night and was arrested at 10 a.m. yesterday, police said.
