WAC to discuss possible settlement tomorrow
The Western Athletic Conference has scheduled a 6 a.m. Hawaii Time press conference for tomorrow to discuss a possible settlement with its breakway members Fresno State and Nevada.
WAC commissioner Karl Benson declined to say whether an agreement had been reached in the nearly hour-long meeting today among conference presidents and chancellors.
“There will be no announcement until tomorrow,” Benson told The Star-Advertiser.
