A 62-year-old TheBus driver was charged with molesting a 14-year-old girl at a bus stop in Makaha. 

Joseph Nuuanu, of Welo Street in Kapolei, was charged with two counts of third-degree sexual assault at 11:20 a.m. yesterday. He posted $20,000 bail. 

Police said the girl reported being sexually assaulted by a bus driver at a bus stop between 10 and 10:30 a.m. Monday. 

Nuuanu was located and arrested about 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Oahu Transit Services hub at 1200 Waimano Home Rd. in Pearl City. 

Police said he is an employee of Oahu Transit Services, which operates TheBus.
