The Hawaii women’s volleyball team moved up a spot to No. 3 in today’s AVCA Coaches Top 25 Division I poll.

It is the highest ranking of the season for the Rainbow Wahine (23-1), who are riding an 18-match winning streak.

Florida (22-1) remained at No. 1 while Stanford (19-2) moved up a spot to No. 2. Former No. 2 California (21-2), losing last week to USC, fell to No. 4.

Rounding out the top 10 are Nebraska (22-2), USC (20-3), Texas (17-5), Penn State (21-4), Illinois (20-4) and UCLA (17-7).

Hawaii is on the road for three Western Athletic Conference matches this week, beginning with Fresno State Thursday.
