The two far left lanes of H-1 freeway eastbound from the Likelike Highway offramp to the Kalihi Street Overpass were reopened around 6:50 p.m.

The lanes were closed to traffic following a crash at 5:19 p.m. to allow traffic investigators to study the scene.

A woman who appears to be in her 60s was taken to the hospital in critical condition. The woman appeared to have suffered a medical emergency just before the accident, said Bryan Cheplic, spokesman for the Department of Emergency Services.
