Police arrest man in Kalihi for illegal fireworks use
Honolulu police arrested a Kalihi man at a home on Lohilani Street for alleged illegal use of aerial fireworks last night.
Police arrested the man at 7:50 p.m. He was released after posting $1,000 bail.
