A Hilo man who already has pleaded guilty to federal child pornography charges has been indicted by the state for sexual assault of a minor.

Daniel Guerrero Seguerre III now faces 10 state charges — two counts of continuous sexual assault of a minor under the age of 14, and four counts each of first-degree sexual assault and third-degree sexual assault.

According to the Hawaii Tribune-Herald, the indictment charges Seguerre with abusing four children between 2006 and 2009.

In February, Seguerre pleaded guilty in Honolulu federal court to three counts of production of child pornography and one count of possession.

He is being held without bail at the Federal Detention Center in Honolulu.
