Knife-wielding man disrupts Don Quijote store

A 25-year-old man, upset because another 25-year-old man asked him to repay a debt, chased the victim around the Don Quijote store on Kaheka Street with a knife, police said.

A man, 25, told police he saw an acquaintance in the store and asked him for money owed him. But the other man instead brandished a knife and chased him around the store at about 4 p.m. yesterday, police said.

Police were called and the suspect, with no permanent address, was arrested on suspicion of terroristic threatening. The knife was recovered.
