Police are looking for a man who robbed the Wahiawa branch of American Savings Bank this afternoon.

Police said the man entered the bank, located at 649 California Ave., at 12:47 p.m. today and handed a teller a demand note.

He fled on foot on Muliwai Avenue, heading south.

The man is descirbed as in his 30s, between 5-feet 2-inches and 5-feet 8-inches tall, weighing 160 to 200 pounds, and was wearing a white hat, with sunglasses on his hat, a blue, long-sleeved T-shirt, an orange traffic vest and long blue denim pants.
