The senior outlasted Tanalei Louis of Konawaena 8-3 in overtime in the 127-pound final to earn her third state championship. She helped Punahou capture its third girls title in a row.

The two-sport standout claimed his third state crown, bumping up a weight class as a senior. He topped rival and top seed Patrick Sheehan of Punahou in the 173-pound final.

» Logan Borowski, HPA: won the 50 freestyle and swam on the winning 200 medley, 200 freestyle and 400 freestyle relay teams as Ka Makani won the state crown

» Kacy Johnson, ‘Iolani: the junior won the 200 IM and 500 freestyle

» Kyle Katase, HPA: won the 100 breaststroke and swam on three relay winners — 400 freestyle, 200 medley and 200 freestyle

» Jacob Luning-Hoshino, Kamehameha: won his third state title, downing Sean Hew-Len of Castle in the 142-pound final

» Shayden Terukina, Kamehameha: captured his third state championship, winning the 137 final against Brett Will of Punahou
