Auto show preview at lunch meeting

The upcoming First Hawaiian International Auto Show will be previewed at the monthly Auto Lunch Bunch meeting at noon Tuesday at the Waikiki Yacht Club.

Guest speaker Dave Rolf, executive director of the Hawaii Automobile Dealers Association, will update attendees on the March 18-20 show that is to feature 10 to 14 new models. Organizers advise that some freebies can be expected.

Kars at the Kurb will include the star of one of the Super Bowl commercials, the Chrysler 200 (versus rapper Eminem) and the new 2011 Dodge Charger, courtesy of Cutter Chrysler Dodge Jeep.

Reservations are required for head-count purposes and can be made by phone to Ed Kemper at 225-2965 or via e-mail to billmaloney15@aol.com. The $14.50 cash-only cost includes meal, drink and tip.
