Toddler drowns in Makiki Jacuzzi
A toddler drowned in a Jacuzzi at a Makiki condominium Sunday, authorities said.
Police said the 3-year-old boy’s older sister found her brother in the Jacuzzi at the Camelot apartments on Liholiho Street about 3 p.m. Witnesses administered CPR until paramedics arrived about 3:15 p.m.
An Emergency Medical Services supervisor said paramedics took the boy to the hospital in critical condition. The boy died at the hospital Sunday night, police said.
