Jet Chang scored a career-high 43 points and grabbed 13 rebounds to lead Brigham Young-Hawaii to a 110-101 victory over top-ranked West Liberty in an NCAA Division II men’s basketball tournament semifinal game today in Springfield, Mass.

Jake Dastrup added 18 points and Gary Satterwhite 14 for the Seasiders (21-8). BYUH hit 12 3-pointers, including seven by Chang and four by Dastrup.

It was the first loss for West Liberty (33-1), which led the nation in scoring, averaging 111 points a game.

The Seasiders will face Bellarmine (32-2) in Saturday’s championship game (7 a.m. Hawaii time).
