Police arrested a 19-year-old man for allegedly bringing a 15-year-old Wisconsin girl to Hawaii for spring break without her parents’ permission.

Police said the suspect, who gave a 10th Avenue address, was with the victim in Hawaii from March 23 to 25. He was arrested in Waikiki yesterday and faces charges of second-degree custodial interference.
