Seattle man arrested for vandalizing Kapaa skate park
A 25-year old Seattle man was arrested Thursday morning for spraying graffiti on the skate ramps at Kapaa skate park.
A witness contacted authorities while the man was spraying the ramps and reported the incident. Damages to the facility were estimated at $800.
Police responded and arrested the man for criminal property damage.
