Honolulu police arrested a 20 year-old Waianae man for first degree assault in connection with a March 19 incident that left a 28-year-old man with serious head injuries.
Police say the man turned himself in to the Kapolei Police Station at 1100 Kamokila Blvd. at 10:40 a.m. Thursday.
Police say the victim, who suffered a skull fracture and brain trauma, told police that suspect assaulted him.
