Police hold Waianae man in alleged abuse of ex-girlfriend
Police arrested a 25-year-old Waianae man today after he allegedly choked and beat his ex-girlfriend.
According to police, the suspect entered the victim’s home without permission around 2 p.m. and grabbed her by the neck. They proceeded to a vehicle outside, where the suspect punched the victim in the face before fleeing, police said.
Police located the suspect and arrested him on suspicion of first-degree burglary and two counts of abuse of a household member.
