Today as Americans celebrate Mother’s Day, it is Parent’s Day in Korea. There is no Mother’s Day and Father’s Day. What do Koreans do on Parent’s Day? Not much different from what we do on Mother’s Day here — family dinners, presents and flowers. Traditionally, children often give red carnations to their parents. In appreciation of all the mothers out there, there are several new music videos available on KLIFE channel 81 on demand. To all the mothers, for all that they do, kamsahamnida.
