Caesars casinos get IGT slot based on ‘Hangover’

LAS VEGAS >> Gambling fans of the "Hangover" movie franchise are getting a dose of the flick through new slot machines at 37 casinos this summer.

Slot machine maker International Game Technology has made a deal with casino operator Caesars Entertainment Corp. for the gambling giant to put the new "Hangover" game on the floor at 37 of its casinos.

The companies debuted the game publicly at a movie premiere last week for "The Hangover Part II" in Las Vegas, with stars from the movie who are also featured in the slot game. The game itself was shown last year at a large convention for casino executives.

The slot features progressive bonuses themed after the first movie’s funniest moments, including one character’s chapel wedding and another being zapped with a stun gun.
