Chinatown bank robbery suspect arrested in Hauula
Honolulu police officers responding to an argument near a Hauula beach park on Saturday found a female suspect from a Chinatown bank robbery the day before, police said.
Police arrested the 40-year-old woman on suspicion of second-degree robbery.
The woman allegedly demanded money from a bank teller at 10:16 a.m. Friday in Chinatown and fled down North King Street with an undisclosed amount of money, police said.
On Saturday, officers went to the scene of an argument, identified the woman and arrested her at 11:10 a.m.
