Girl is in critical condition after near drowning at Yokohama Bay
Emergency Medical Services personnel transported a 17-year-old girl to a local trauma center in critical condition following a near-drowning incident at Yokohama Bay Sunday.
The incident occurred around 5 p.m. The girl also suffered head and facial injuries.
