Abercrombie heads to National Governors Association meeting
Hawaii Gov. Abercrombie is traveling to Salt Lake City to attend this weekend’s National Governors Association annual meeting.
The Democratic governor plans to discuss issues including education, job creation and building relationships with China.
The National Governors Association’s website says it will provide an opportunity for governors to learn about best practices, share policy information and promote state leadership.
The meeting lasts from Friday through Sunday, when Abercrombie will return to Hawaii.
