Waimanalo man arrested for allegedly grabbing bag of money from car
A 39-year-old Waimanalo man was arrested Wednesday for allegedly breaking into a car in Kahala and stealing a bag of money, police said.
The victim, a 48-year-old man, said he saw the suspect enter his car on Aug. 1 and take the bag. When confronted, the suspect returned the bag and fled.
The suspect was identified and arrested Wednesday, then released, pending an investigation.
