The Honolulu Board of Water Supply cancelled its request at 2 p.m. for Leeward Coast residents to conserve water after a three-day advisory.

Residents from Honokai Hale to Makaha had been urged to conserve water beginning Saturday morning after a break in a 24-inch transmission line which provides most the district’s water supply. Pipe repairs were completed late Sunday afternoon but the conservation advisory was extended through today to allow the water system to return to normal levels.
