The Hawaii host committee for the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation meeting in Honolulu has selected five companies to showcase at the event in November.
APEC will bring the heads of state from the 21 largest economies in the Asia-Pacific region to Hawaii on Nov. 12-13, 2011.
The host committee said today it has selected Skai Ventures, Big Island Carbon, LLC, Sopogy, TREX Enterprises Corp. and HNU-Energy from among 35 companies that applied for the special promotion.
The five companies will be promoted with displays at the Hawaii Convention Center, Ala Moana Center and the CEO Summit at the Royal Hawaiian hotel. They will also be featured on the APEC Hawaii TV in-room hotel channel and the APEC 2011 Hawaii virtual online exhibit.
