Man charged with pointing rifle at woman doing laundry
Authorities have charged a 63-year-old Kalihi man with terroristic threatening after he allegedly pointed a rifle at a woman.
Police said James Carlyle allegedly pointed a rifle at a 22-year-old woman in Kalihi while she was doing her laundry just after noon Wednesday. He was charged with second-degree terroristic threatening.
