A 35-year-old Ewa Beach woman is being investigated for several instances of forgery from a Kapolei business when she allegedly cashed checks belonging to the company in June, police said.

Officers arrested the suspect Monday on five counts of forgery, three counts of theft, two counts of identity theft, and one count of unauthorized use of personal information. The alleged theft took place between June 6 to 12. Police did not say how much money was involved.
