Kalia Road lanes reopen after crews repair water main break
Board of Water Supply crews finished repairing a 4-inch water main leak on the corner of Ala Moana Boulevard and Kalia Road in Waikiki this afternoon.
The two right hand turn lanes to Kalia Road from Ala Moana Boulevard remained closed until about 10:30 p.m. when crews finished patching the roadway.
The leak was reported at about 4:15 a.m.
The Board of Water Supply sent a water tanker to the area to assist three customers without service until the pipe was fixed at about 2:20 p.m.
