Traffic incident in Haleiwa leads to arrest for assault
A 29-year-old man was arrested Sunday after assaulting his neighbor over a traffic incident in Haleiwa, police said.
The men were arguing about 5 p.m. when the younger man struck his 54-year-old neighbor who was still sitting in his vehicle, police said.
Officers arrested the man for investigation of unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle.
