Ewa Beach woman arrested for alleged sex abuse of a boy

Police arrested a 39-year-old Ewa Beach woman for alleged child abuse involving a minor.

The alleged offense occurred on July 4, 2008 when the male victim was 14 years old. Police said the suspect assisted and directed the sexual performance of the boy.

Police arrested the suspect Tuesday on suspicion of promoting child abuse in the first-degree. She was released pending investigation.
