9-year-old boy arrested after alleged assault on teacher
Police arrested a 9-year-old boy who allegedly assaulted and injured a teacher at a Waianae school Monday.
Police said the assault took place while the teacher was teaching class at 9:02 and 11:45 a.m. Monday. The teacher sustained undisclosed injuries but refused treatment.
The boy was arrested at 12:10 p.m. and released pending investigation.
