Public’s help being sought finding Waipahu man missing since May 13

The public’s help is being sought locating a man last seen leaving his Waipahu home about 10 p.m. on May 13.

Police said that Alan John Arruda, 63, suffers from emotional distress and that his family is concerned about his welfare. 

Arruda is described as 6 feet tall, weighing about 205 pounds, with salt and pepper hair, and brown eyes.

Anyone with information is asked to call CrimeStoppers at 955-8300 or *CRIME on a cellular phone. Anonymous text messages may also be sent by texting “CS808” and a message to 274637 or CRIMES.
