A story and headline on Page A1 Wednesday stated both Mayor Peter Carlisle and Caldwell questioned Cayetano’s ability to stop the project if elected.

>> The headquarters of the Air Combat Command is at Joint Base Langley-Eustis in Hampton and Newport News, Va. A Page B2 article Monday said the command is based in Langley, Va.
