Man accused in fatal accident will also go on trial for criminal property damage
A 22-year-old man, who will go trial in October for killing two people last year after speeding on Kunia Road and causing a five-car wreck, is facing another court date also in October for property damage.
Pulu Sese is already being held in Oahu Community Correctional Center unable to post $50,000 on two counts of negligent homicide.
Police said Sese caused the Jan. 1, 2011, crash that killed Jennifer Parsons, 42, of Waianae, and Samson Kautai, 12, of Kaneohe.
That trial is slated to begin Oct. 1.
This morning Sese, via the judiciary’s closed-circuit video conference call, entered a plea of not guilty after being arrested for allegedly shattering the glass window of a Kahala business July 28 during an argument with his girlfriend.
The criminal property damage case will begin the week of Oct. 8 before Circuit Judge Michael Wilson.
