Hawaii County police are looking for a 19-year-old Kailua-Kona man wanted for allegedly violating a court order, reckless endangering, reckless driving and resisting an order to stop.

Loga Zoga is also wanted on two outstanding bench warants for contempt of court.

Zara is 5-feet 8-inches tall, weighs 150 pounds and has short blond hair and blue eyes.
