Hawaii County police locate missing Mountain View woman
Hawaii County police have located a Mountain View woman reported missing last week.
Police had asked the public’s help in finding Rachel McGowan Friday, but she was found later on Friday unharmed in Kona.
Police said her family was concerned about her welfare.
