The public’s help is being sought locating a man wanted in the robbery of the Mililani Shopping Center branch of Bank of Hawaii early Tuesday afternoon.

Police said the man entered the bank at 95-211 Kipapa Drive, approached a teller, demanded money, and fled in an unknown direction.

The man is described as being in his 20s, about 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing about 210 pounds, having black hair, and wearing a long-sleeved light gray sweatshirt with the words “Pipeline Posse” etched on the front, blue denim shorts, slippers, and a dark baseball cap with a star design.

Anyone with information on the case is asked to call CrimeStoppers a 955-8300 or *CRIME on a cell phone. The public may also send anonymous texts and web tips by texting “CS808” plus a message to 274637, or CRIMES.

The American Savings Bank at the same shopping center was robbed by a man about 11:10 a.m. on Friday. It is unclear if police think the two robberies may have been committed by the same man.
